Okay, that sounds like a bit of a mouthful. But the thing is, I always find these vegan desserts a little tricky when it comes to summarising the ingredient list in a way that truly gets across all of their delicious elements.
YOU GUYS. This lemon, coconut and olive oil cake might be my biggest achievement in baking so far. It is SO DELICIOUS.

But my appetite has not yet been satiated. I’m still at it, and I think my latest creation, these mini vegan chocolate orange cheesecakes, really take the biscuit.
